The Law mandates that every Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) that is set up within the organization, has to have an experienced and qualified External Member who is not part of the organization. We can assist you with qualified and experienced personnel for your ICC who can help resolve the proceedings of the complaints in a legally sound and amicable manner.
